Description

An introduction to English grammar for the prospective ESOL instructor. Concepts investigated include parts of speech, grammatical relations, phrases, sentence types, and sentence structure. The focus is on the analysis of problems ESOL students might have acquiring English syntax. Prerequisite: C- or better in AL 2000 (concurrent enrollment allowed)
